Warranty Policy

Coverage Period: Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a duration of lifetime (max 5 years) from the date of purchase. This applies to all Leatherinth wallets, belts, accessories, and wash bags.

We offer a three-months warranty on all leather footwear, covering manufacturing defects such as stitching and pasting.

PU/non-leather products are not covered by any warranty. 

Warranty Details: In the unlikely event of a defect arising within the warranty period, we invite you to return the product for repair at any exclusive Leatherinth store in the country of purchase. Please ensure to bring along proof of purchase when visiting our store.

Coverage Limitations: It's important to note that the warranty specifically covers manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions include damages resulting from misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents, normal wear and tear, as well as purely cosmetic issues such as scratched leather.

How to Claim: Should you need to utilize the warranty, kindly return the product for repair at your expense. Our dedicated team at Leatherinth will promptly assess and address the issue to ensure your continued satisfaction.
